Success Metrics

Measuring Impact, Saving Lives

Project Persevere is actively managing 16 grantee organizations across Mobile, supporting a comprehensive network of opioid prevention, treatment, and recovery services. As these programs deliver critical interventions—from medication-assisted treatment and peer recovery support to family services and prevention education—we are tracking key performance indicators including enrollment rates, treatment retention, service utilization, and community engagement across all grantee programs.

Comprehensive success metrics will be published in January 2026, reflecting outcomes from the first six months of program implementation. These data-driven results will demonstrate the measurable impact of collaborative opioid abatement efforts in connecting residents with life-saving resources and reducing barriers to recovery throughout our community.
